More than 276,000 federal employees and retirees owed back income taxes as of Sept. 30, 2008, according to data from the Internal Revenue Service. Remember the same rules don’t apply to them. More reason for a simplified tax code. But don’t bet on it. It’s a lot easier for the looters to get at your money this way.

So all the ones who are making six figures plus underwithheld, blew the dough on booze, women/men, drugs and gambling; but, still won’t pay any penalty on payment of back taxes like anyone else would!
