Look Who is Back

While watching television this morning, I happened to see a commercial for a new servies on PBS. The series is called “Back to their Roots”.The premise is that celebrities will be interviewed one on one and discuss their upbringings complete with pictures or videos of the childhood. Nothing totally outraegeous here……until you see who is the moderator and interviewer. None other than that wonderful Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates.
You remember this racist jackass don’t you? The jackass that caused the controvery with the Cambridge, MA police department by calling the cops every name in the book and being nothing more than a scumbag. All of this because the police were called by his neighbor because she thought someone was breaking into his home. Since he forgot his keys he had to break in to his home. This little incident then led to our wonderful jackass in charge President to make the uniformed comment that the Police department acted stupidly. How can we forget this little incident in race relations?
I guess other than the beer at the White House this is how Gates got paid off. Oh by the way do you realize that since this show is on Public Television the National Endowment for the Arts will be paying for it. Guess how the NEA gets its funding. That’s right through our tax dollars. Why should I be surprised that a racist prick gets molified by spending more taxpayer dollars to keep him out of the spotlight?
