Back in 2007 Vice President Clown was still clinging to his plan of splitting Iraq into three parts. Rumor has it he really wanted to split it into four parts until someone told him Fantasy Island wasn’t a real place. Listen as oafish Bob Gibbs refuses to answer Gretchen Carlson’s question, “will President Obama give President Bush credit for the troop surge?” Has there ever been a more inept and snide White House spokesman? Just for yucks we’ve added Senator Obama’s 2007 objection to the surge (the same one Baghdad Bob says he supported.) Ok, so Orwell was off by a few years.
Arizona’s Brewer vs United Nations States (no difference under our “One-World” leader) Well I’ve only seen this short trailer but this movie would have my vote for best documentary at the Academy Awards. This is a film by Ray Griggs entitled I Want Your Money which contrasts the two paths the United States can take using the words and actions of Barack Obama and the great Ronald Reagan. I’m sure you can guess which side we come down on.
Democrat congresswoman Eddie Johnson allegedly violated the public trust and steered thousands of dollars at her friends and family members. The alleged crook used foundation funds and at first denied her grotesque abuse of her office. But after taking her next day dose of Alzheimer meds it suddenly dawned on her that she did indeed violate the rules, but would correct the “inadvertent” error.
This exemplifies the incompetence of the lazy government slugs in Washington. NJ Gov Chris Christie has taken some shots over a clerical error by a low level state employee that cost NJ millions in federal funds. The error could have been rectified by one simple phone call. But that’s a lot to ask of a slothful federal government employee. The last few trillions of taxpayer dollars pissed away by Chairman Obama and his regime to advance his leftist agenda was only the beginning.
For starters, the Recovery Act is the most ambitious over-reaching grab by the Feds in history, converting the Energy Department into the world’s largest venture-capital fund. It’s pouring $90 billion of your earned dollars into clean energy, including unprecedented investments in a smart grid; energy efficiency; electric cars (think $41,000 Government Motors Volt); renewable power from the sun, wind and earth; cleaner coal; advanced biofuels; and factories to manufacture green stuff in the U.S. The act will also triple the number of smart electric meters in our homes (to spy on you and your family), quadruple the number of hybrids in the federal auto fleet and finance far-out energy research through a new government incubator modeled after the Pentagon agency that fathered the Internet. And I thought Al Gore fathered the internet. Have you had enough yet? And where the hell is all this money supposed to come from? Where under the Constitution is the Federal government granted power to achieve these grand plans? This is a clear example of the government overstepping its authority again. This regime is dangerous. It has successfully hijacked more and more of the private sector at a breakneck pace. Let me ask you something. If you were running a corporation would you ever consider hiring a buffoon like Joe Biden as your spokesman or point man? I wouldn’t hire him to work in the mail room. Yet Obama put this man in charge of overseeing the alleged recovery. Yes, we have Dumb and Dumber running the country and there’s not a damned thing you can do about it now. Elections have consequences. This was so obvious. It just had to happen. Andy Griffith, AARP and every other advocacy group that lied about the benefits of ObamaCare should be charged with fraud.
That risks undercutting President Barack Obama’s promise that people can keep their health plans if they like them. And it could be an unwelcome surprise for many seniors who hadn’t intended to make a change during Medicare’s open enrollment season this fall. The analysis by Avalere Health, a leading private research firm, estimated that more than 3 million beneficiaries will see their prescription plan eliminated as part of a new effort by Medicare to winnow down duplicative coverage and offer consumers more meaningful choices. Seniors would not lose coverage, but they could see changes in their premiums and copayments. (Read more) It’s become more difficult for the Obama regime to defend its failed policies to revive the US economy. Rather than stand by its accomplishments the regime is sending out the inarticulate blabbering idiot Joe Biden to attack the Republican party.
Now, let’s set the record straight on something. Democrats have controlled Congress for more than four years. At one point they even had a super-majority. Congress controls spending, not the president. So to claim that the economy was derailed by Republican policies is completely false. As much as Biden attempts to spin things, he and his party own this mess. Welcome to Biden’s Recovery Summer. |
